By creating an account and using Magellan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Magellan provides AI-assisted cash flow forecasting tools for informational purposes only. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, legal, or accounting advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
Subscriptions and billing
Magellan is offered at $25 per month. Eligible new accounts may receive a seven-day trial. A payment card may not be required to begin an eligible trial; if no payment method is provided, access ends at trial expiration unless you subscribe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through Settings → Billing, with access continuing through the paid period. The price and trial terms shown in Stripe Checkout control if they differ from this summary.
Your data
You retain ownership of data you enter. We do not sell personal data. We disclose data only to service providers needed to operate Magellan and through sharing features you deliberately use, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use Magellan to violate any law, infringe on the rights of others, or attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
Magellan is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tania I. Ortiz Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
